POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
Pure Massage & Holistic Therapies strives to provide exceptional care to our clients and their families. We aim to provide care in ways that best meet your needs and schedules. However, missed clinic appointments and frequent cancellations do impact our ability to provide quality services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us (info@puremassageclinic.com) at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice for services will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00
For the purposes of payment processing, Pure Massage & Holistic Therapies collects cardholder data from clients and stores that information using secure channels. This data is collected to process transactions for services and late cancellations/no-shows. We work with a secure third party, Stripe, to store and process your payment information.
Insurance receipts will not be provided for missed appointments. Missed appointment fees are not an insured service. Appointments cannot be rescheduled until outstanding invoices for missed appointments are paid in full.
Direct Billing Policy

PURE Massage & Holistic Therapies will make every effort to ensure that clients are able to take advantage of our direct billing feature. However, please be aware that this may not be possible in all circumstances, which can include but are not limited to:

Technical issues;

Internet downtime;

Insurer-related issues.
If direct billing is unavailable for whatever reason, PURE Massage & Holistic Therapies will let clients know as soon as possible.
PURE Massage is unable to speak with insurers on behalf of clients in these cases due to privacy laws.
Clients are expected to pay their accounts in full at the time of services rendered in the event direct billing is not accessible.

Zero Tolerance Policy

PURE Massage & Holistic Therapies has a ‘Zero Tolerance’ approach to abuse and harassment in the workplace. Our organization believes that all staff have the right to work in a supportive environment free from any kind of abuse and harassment.
Threatening, abusive behaviour intending to and/or causing harassment, alarm or distress to our staff will not be tolerated. This applies to interactions in any form between a client and a PURE staff member such as, but not limited to, in-person, via telephone, email, and online or on social media.

Any form of sexual solicitation, advance, harassment, inappropriate touching, and/or behaviours will immediately result in the termination of an appointment.
​
Clients will be charged the full price for any scheduled treatment that is terminated based on the above behaviours. PURE Massage & Holistic Therapies reserves the right, in its’ exclusive view, to remove clients from our register, and to report any and all such events for follow-up and/or investigation, as determined appropriate by the appropriate authorities.
