Treating with Acupuncture

Registered Acupuncture Treatment

Duration 60 - 75 minutes

Acupuncture is a natural healing practice derived from traditional Chinese medicine. Fine needles with smooth, rounded tips glide gently through the space between individual tissue cells, accessing carefully selected ‘acupoints’ on the body to adjust the flow of life energy, or ‘Qi’ and correct patterns of disharmony. Traditional Eastern medicine takes the approach that we become ill when our body is out of balance, or something blocks our energy flow. When acupuncture stimulates specific points along the energy channels that connect all the major organs, blockages are released, and the body’s natural healing ability can take over.

Cupping Treatment

Duration 30 minutes

Cupping therapy is another Chinese medicine treatment that, like acupuncture, helps you with stress and chronic aching. This process consists of placing special suction cups on specific parts of the patient's body, which creates suction pressure on them. Patients go for this treatment when they need to relieve any kind of aching, anxiety, or to improve their blood flow and relax.

*Bruising will occur
