For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the terms “gift card” and “gift certificate” are used interchangeably and refer to the same product.

Electronic gift cards are delivered by email and may be printed at home for in-person gifting. Physical gift cards are available for purchase at our clinic locations.

Pure Massage & Holistic Therapies gift cards do not expire, and no service or inactivity fees are applied.

Gift cards are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization. Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards or e-gift cards.

Gift cards are redeemable for services only at our Richmond or Kanata clinic locations. They are not redeemable for cash and may not be used toward product purchases or medical aesthetics services.

The purchase or use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these Gift Card Terms and Conditions. These terms are subject to change without notice. Gift cards and their use are also subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
